Mr. Manoj Varghese

Mr. Manoj Varghese is a specialist in retail business from Banca/NBFC Channel with over 25 years of sales experience including 22 years on insurance domain. He was instrumental in launching the first COVID policy in India partnering with Go-Digit. He has successfully Managed Insurance business for large Banca/NBFC relationship including UCO Bank, UAE Exchange, Blue Muthoot & Red Muthoot. Currently he is heading the entire group retail General Insurance business including motor, Health and dealership channel.

Mr. Manoj has done his MCA, MBA, completed the insurance broking exam conducted by IRDAl and International Post Graduate Diploma in General Insurance from IIRM Hyderabad. He loves to keep himself updated with digital technologies and innovations in insurance space. He has keen interest in digital marketing and Al in insurance domain.

He also holds a certificate in "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovations in the Insurance Industry" from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London UK.
