EDLI or Employee Deposit Linked Insurance scheme is an insurance policy which gives life cover to the employees of organised sector. In this group term insurance policy, the family of employee gets the sum assured if an employee dies while in service. The scheme is applicable to all the organisation which are part of the EPF.
