Mrs. Sunu Varghese is Deputy Manager Operations – Life Insurance. She is a qualified person with over 18 years of experience in Insurance sector. She manages the entire life insurance business operations of MRIBS. Sunu is an Associate from Insurance Institute of India (AIII). She has also cleared IRDAI broker certification and she is Composite License holder.

Mrs. Sunu is a graduate in computer science with Diploma in management from IGNOU. She also holds certification on leadership in 21st century organization from Copenhagen Business school.

Before joining MRIBS, Sunu has worked with Reliance life insurance Co. for over 7 years and also with CMC limited – Subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services Limited.

Ganapathy.M is Dy. Manager –Finance & Accounts and Compliance officer , he has 28 years of experience with intimate knowledge in financial processes, operating results and profitability.

He has worked over 20 years in finance sector of garment export industry  , currently he is looking the finance and compliance as per IRDAI regulations of the company.

He is a graduate in commerce and also holds a certificate of online program on regulatory compliance for Insurance Brokers conducted by Insurance Institute of India.
