Mr. Sriram Kumar is a seasoned Insurance professional with 35+ years of domain experience. He is trained as a Chartered Accountant & started his Insurance career in 1987 with National Insurance Co. Ltd. at Kolkata. He has held a number of senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President (New Acquisitions) – Willis Towers Watson India Insurance Brokers, Global Insurance Practice Head & Vice President & Head-Sales- Insurance Practice for APAC/Middle East/India at Maveric Systems P Ltd. & Head Commercial Lines for HDFC Chubb/Ergo General Insurance.

Apart from being trained as a Chartered Accountant, Sriram is also qualified professionally as a Fellow of The Insurance Institute of India) with Gold medals both in Licentiate and Associate examination of the Insurance Institute of India. His insurance journey encompasses several geographies including India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the United Kingdom.. Sriram has the unique privilege of viewing Insurance from multiple prisms of an PSU Insurer, an MNC Insurer, an MNC Broking Co., an Indian Broking Co. & from an IT Co. as well. He has also managed Takaful Insurance products & processes in earlier stints.

Sriram comes with wide and multifarious exposure in Insurance business having dealt with complex Insurance Underwriting, effective Claims management process, meticulous compliance of Regulatory issues, strict monitoring of Receivables, creating & delivering effective domain Training module and exposure to Insurance related technology solution. He has expertise in Corporate & Retail Insurance solutions across a range of Industries including NBFC’s , Automotive, Pharma & Chemicals, Sports, Specie & Bullion, Light & Heavy Engineering, Other financial Services , Media & Entertainment & many more.

Mr. Manoj Varghese is a specialist in retail business from Banca/NBFC Channel with over 24 years of sales experience including 18 years on insurance domain. He was instrumental in launching the first COVID policy in India partnering with Go-Digit. He has successfully Managed Insurance business for large Banca/NBFC relationship including UCO Bank, UAE Exchange, Blue Muthoot & Red Muthoot. Currently he is heading the entire group retail General Insurance business including motor,Health and dealership channel.

Mr. Manoj has done his MCA & MBA and completed the insurance broking exam conducted by IRDAI. He loves to keep himself updated with digital technologies and innovations in insurance space. He has keen interest in digital marketing and AI in insurance domain.

He also holds a certificate in “Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovations in the Insurance Industry” from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London UK.

Mr. Pratheep heads the Life Insurance department at MRIBS. With over 18 years of experience in the marketing industry, he manages new customer acquisition and customer services. He is a graduate, started his career in Assets loans and has worked with HBL Global Pvt. Ltd., and he moved to Tata AIA Life Insurance to handling Kerala charge for Partnership acquisition and Broking & Corporate agency, followed by this marketing spells, He joined in Muthoot Risk Insurance and Broking Services in 2014.

Mr. Harikumar V, a senior insurance professional with more than 25 years’ service with the Group. He is an invaluable part of MRIBS right from the formation of the Company with skill in asset portfolios, employee benefit schemes, underwriting and claims. He has been handling the corporate general Insurance portfolio of the Group. He maintains good relationships with Insurers.

Mr. Harikumar is a BCom graduate from Govt. Arts College, Thiruvananthapuram. He completed CA course in 1993 and has passed Insurance Brokers Examination from NIA, Pune in 2012.

Mr. Pradip Kumar Soman is a very senior consultant with over 34 years of experience in Underwriting of Major Fire & Marine policies, Risk Inspection and Risk Evaluation, Excellent knowledge of Gap Analysis. He was also associated with PSUs like The New India Assurance Company Ltd. which is India’s Largest General Insurance Company. He is an excellent team player with expertise in client relationship, business development and administration. He has experience in management of specialized & high value claims. He has expertise in both Motor & Non Motor insurance business.

He is sought-after for any IRDAI regulatory and legal matters in the company. He is having Multi facet insight to understanding the niche, typically of general insurance.

He has done his M. Com & LLB and he is also a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.

Mr. Sreejith is Associate Regional Manager – Operations General Insurance. He has over 18 years of experience in General Insurance Domain. His strength is people management, maintaining positive relationship with customers, individuals and insurance companies.

Sreejith is a graduate and has completed insurance broking exam conducted by IRDAI. He started his career as Liaison office for Family health plan limited (Third party administrator of Medi-claim). He also worked with Reliance General insurance for over 5 years before joining MRIBS.
